Salary in line with Clerks Private Sector Award, PAYG Withholding, Superannuation, WorkCover, Cost of equipment, office, location, etc.
Location
Remote worker - works from their own office/home-based office. No WHS requirements on you as the client.
Working onsite at your company’s location OR working remotely with associated Workplace Health & Safety requirements for their remote workspace.
Term of engagement
Length of engagement either short or long term, depending on the needs of your business, with termination of service agreement as outlined. ​

Knowledge & Skill
Virtual Assistants come with the skills required to complete the job they are engaged for. Training is their responsibility and their cost
Employees may come with requisite skills, or may require training as the needs of the business change and grow.
